Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Requirements :

• Proven experience leading Workday data conversion projects (HCM, Financials, or Student).
• Expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong ability to resolve complex data issues and mitigate risks.
• Skilled in designing and executing conversion strategies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Office Suite.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to define scope, timelines, and dependencies clearly.
• Experience mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak cycles.
