Job descriptionCoordinate between Head Office and Branch teams for investment product strategies, updates, and execution plans. Visit branches across different locations to review investment product performance, train branch staff, and strengthen business processes. Identify opportunities to increase investment product sales and assist branches in achieving business growth targets. Track business performance, analyze sales data, and share insights with management for strategic decisions. Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities at branch levels. Provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to enhance service and customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of investment and financial products (e.g., mutual funds, insurance, bonds, etc. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel frequently across branches. Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in investment coordination, business development, or financial product management (preferably in BFSI or investment sector). Experience in branch coordination and business growth activities will be an added advantage.
