About the Role
- Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel, DSAs and open market channels for Housing Finance department.
Responsibilities
Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / BranchesManage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased ProductivityMarketing and encashing catchment areasMeeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan against property / HFResponsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary MarketsResponsible for Project approvals of BuildersEnsure additional revenue generation through cross – sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAsLiasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & OperationsResponsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS ScoresQualification and Experience required :
Graduate / Post Graduate professionals with good communication skillsRelevant Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales of at least 2 to 8 yearsAge between 25 to 35 yearsGrade Offered : Deputy Manager and Manager.
