We are looking for a VBA Manager who will be responsible for managing VBA operations, productivity, retention, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor VBA onboarding lead time for efficiency
• Track VBA productivity and ensure maximum contribution to sales
• Conduct market audits and prepare reports for management
• Develop and implement VBA retention plans and strategies
• Measure and evaluate monthly KPI scoring
• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth processes
• Handle people management and streamline workflows
• Oversee data management, sales tracking, and model-wise sales analysis
• Organize and conduct motivation meets with Promoters / VBAs to brainstorm growth strategies
