Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert-level support and configuration for SAP Quality Management (QM) module
- Participate in ECC to S / 4 HANA migration and implementation projects
- Lead and contribute to full lifecycle implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects)
- Ensure integration of QM with other SAP modules such as PP, MM, and FICO
- Handle implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and systems integration efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams in onshore / offshore models
- Configure master data and maintain deep knowledge of QM-related configuration
- Conduct thorough analysis, design, and build processes for business requirements
- Deliver expertise in shop floor quality management processes and QM integration
- Ensure traceability through reports, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and quality data
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and testing outcomes
- Provide hands-on support in the development and use of traceability reports and QM tables
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training where required
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in SAP QMAt least one S / 4 HANA implementation experienceExperience with ECC to S / 4 HANA migration projectsSolid understanding of integration points with PP, MM, and FICOProven experience with implementations, rollouts, and system integrationStrong configuration and master data knowledge in QMProficient in traceability reports, COA, and QM table structuresAbility to work independently and collaborate with global teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSAP certification and exposure to S / 4 HANA (preferred)Background in shop floor quality processes (added advantage)Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environmentSkills Required
