Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a faced paced environment This role will be working directly with the business to create compensation plans in the HCM Cloud system, prepare reports, load data and develop solutions in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Gather, analyze business requirements, and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
• Active participation in preparing various project documents – Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.
• Explain the business requirements to other team members in the project.
• Write functional requirement documents.
• Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase
