Company Description

Proto Fine is an AI research lab focused on cognitive intelligence systems. It builds technology that adds automated decision logic and adaptive intelligence to businesses and their products. The current focus is Fine.APIs, a unified cognitive automation layer for enterprise systems. Proto Fine is incubated at T-Hub.

Role Description

Design scalable integration architecture for fine.apis. Define data flows, system logic, and decision-automation pipelines. Ensure reliability, latency control, and secure communication across enterprise systems. Work with engineering to convert requirements into technical architecture. Validate cognitive automation behaviour and maintain operational stability.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cognitive automation and decision systems
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container environments
  • Background in system reliability, monitoring, and fault tolerance
  • Strong systems architecture and integration design skills
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, authentication, and secure data exchange
  • Hands-on experience with API gateways and service orchestration tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and maintain the integration framework powering fine.apis
  • Design and optimise data flow, orchestration, and event-handling pipelines
  • Implement secure API communication and enforce auth protocols
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable cognitive automation features
  • Ensure system resilience through monitoring, incident resolution, and fault tolerance
  • Validate logic behaviour in production to maintain operational stability
  • Produce technical documentation for integration patterns and lifecycle operations
