About Department

Demat Operations handles all branches and custody account where in PMS and Corporate Demat Account is opening and other services are provided by centralized team.

About the Role

Individual and Corporate Demat Account and uploading the KYC in respective application.

Having good knowledge about demat activities to respond to client. Handling customer queries and complaints and providing resolution on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure TAT to be 100% of account opening pertaining to PMS custody and Corporate Demat account.
• Ensure error free processing of requests received from custody and branches thereby adhering to prescribed guidelines.
• Ensure 100 % productivity and completion of the activities assigned on a daily basis.
• Audit & Compliance requirements of the department has to be ensured at all times.
• Good Communication skill to manage mails received from Branches clients and Regulatory
