Job Location : HCM Expert, Oracle Fusion Sol Architect for large transformation program

Job location : Doha, Qatar (Remote / Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Define end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
• Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.
• Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.
• Implementation & Delivery
• Lead full lifecycle implementations : requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL / HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas .
• Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.
• Performance & Optimization
• Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.
• Implement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.
