IP Litigation Attorney (2-3 months)

JURISolutions is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Attorney to join our client's team on a full-time, remote basis through June, with the potential for extension. As a vital member of the litigation team, you will leverage your expertise to prepare expert rebuttal reports, assist with motion preparation, draft mediation statements, manage third-party subpoenas, and gather essential documents. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 8 years of experience in IP litigation, demonstrating the ability to quickly grasp case details and proactively address necessary tasks. Admission to at least one US jurisdiction and a federal court is required. Experience in patent litigation is highly desirable, though experience in any IP litigation will be sufficient.
