Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop custom solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, especially for Redwood-based UI enhancements.
- Build and maintain fast formulas, OTBI / BIP reports, HDL data loads, and HCM Extracts.
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP / REST), and APIs.
- Customize and extend Redwood UI-based pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle JET, and other Redwood tools where applicable.
- Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management.
- Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities for Oracle HCM projects.
- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood design patterns, and security model enhancements.
- Document design specifications, configurations, and user guides for delivered solutions.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.4–7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and tools :Fast FormulasHCM ExtractsHDL (HCM Data Loader)OTBI / BIP ReportsOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similarWorking knowledge of Redwood UX concepts and Oracle Visual Builder (or equivalent modern UI frameworks).Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access control.Preferred Skills :
Experience with Redwood-specific extensions (VBS, Redwood Design System).Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) – Technical track.Familiarity with Fusion SaaS Data Model and PaaS integration patterns.Knowledge of project management and Agile / Scrum methodologies.Experience in end-to-end OracleSkills Required
