Turn Concepts into Concrete Realities! We seek a Design Lead who thrives on taking designs from the concept team and leading it from Design development Stage to Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. If your strength lies in seeing a project through the detailed design phases with technical precision and artistic flair, this role is your calling.

As the heart of our design studio, you will transform initial ideas into technical designs ready for construction. Your leadership will ensure conceptual designs to be taken forward to final GFC is meticulously executed to bring Real estate projects to life

Key Responsibilities : Lead the Design Development & GFC stage : Manage all stages from design development to GFC, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project goals.

Team Leadership : Guide architects, designers, and engineers, ensuring seamless teamwork and project completion.

Detail-Focused Execution : Ensure all designs meet quality and regulatory standards, moving efficiently from concept to construction.

Client Collaboration : Work with clients to transform their vision into actionable, buildable designs.

Stakeholder Engagement : Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and executed flawlessly.

Required : Experience : 3-5 years of experience managing schematic-to-GFC processes in real estate projects.

Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (350 LOD), and Sketch Up, with a firm grasp of technical detailing and compliance.

Leadership : Proven ability to lead design teams and deliver high-quality results on time.
