What will you work on?

• Lead Design Projects : Take ownership of the visual direction of multiple design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives while overseeing the design process from concept to execution.
• Creative Direction : Shape the visual style and direction for various campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and on-brand designs across all touchpoints and platforms.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Post Production and Content, to deeply understand project needs and craft compelling design solutions that support business goals and objectives.
• Design Execution : Take a hands-on approach to design work for both digital and print media, including websites, social media assets, email templates, branding, advertising, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Quality Control : Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure that all work is polished, on-brand, and meets high standards of quality and excellence before final delivery.
• Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative techniques to keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with current best practices in the field.
