Key Responsibilities :

• Supplier Sourcing : Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for ELV system OEMs.
• Contract Negotiation : Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
• Purchase Order Management : Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project / site requirements.
• Order Tracking : Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination : Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Reporting : Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.
