Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing paid search and social campaigns, and optimizing our clients' ecommerce performance. The specialist will work closely with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns for our clients to drive website traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and make adjustments as needed to optimise results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in

Facebook advertising and implement new features and best practices as appropriate.

Create and manage ad budgets and ensure they are being used effectively.

Monitor and analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform ad campaign strategies.

Create and present reports on campaign performance and ROl to internal stakeholders.

To improve performance, continuously test and optimise ad copy, targeting, and landing pages.

Identify opportunities for new ad campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the product and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.

What We're Looking For :

1-3 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads

(D2C experience is non-negotiable).

Proven track record of driving conversions & scaling e-com brands.

Strong analytical skills - you live and breathe data.

Sharp eye for detail + proactive mindset.

Passion for growth & staying on top of digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

1-2 Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategies

Skills in Customer Service and Communication

Proficiency in Performance Marketing related activities and strategies

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify and Shopify Plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience in the luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors is a plus
