Staple AI helps global enterprises, including government departments financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies automate document workflows with a new data standard that enjoys all the benefits of AI but also carries its own provenance and compliance metadata.

Our platform already powers AI document processing across more than 60 countries. We’re now scaling fast, and we need an engineer who can weaponize automation to bring in the next wave of enterprise leads.

The Mission

This isn’t a “growth hacker” job.

This is for someone who can engineer scale : an operator who understands that modern GTM is a data and automation problem, not a marketing one.

Your job : build and run the systems that generate, qualify, and convert leads at machine speed.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Build an AI-augmented GTM stack : integrate HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, and LLM-based personalization engines.
• Automate lead sourcing and enrichment : identify companies by signals (funding, hiring, regulatory changes, compliance deadlines).
• Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, X) that feel human, not spammy.
• Engineer feedback loops between marketing, product, and sales data to refine targeting.
• Deploy LLM agents that generate and test outbound messaging variations at scale.
• Own the metrics : lead velocity, conversion rates, CAC payback.

Note : we need results in 1-2 months. If you can't deliver in that timeframe, this is not the role for you.
