ServiceNow Technical Lead

Location : Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune, Bangalore

Experience : 7+ Years overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to guide development teams and deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules. The role requires strong hands-on skills, team leadership, and the ability to align technical delivery with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Implement and configure ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management) , HRSD , and ITAM modules.

Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and platform best practices.

Review code, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of IT experience with at least 6 + years in ServiceNow .

Hands-on expertise in ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer).

Strong knowledge of CMDB design, integrations, and ITIL processes.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
