Manager - Agri CSR Programmes & Sustainability - NGO

Location : Kollegal

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the implementation of CSR and sustainability programmes within the agricultural value chain.
• Partner with NGOs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and farmer groups for effective programme execution.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with farmers, local government, and community representatives.
• Ensure compliance with CSR laws, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, preparing reports on impact and effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives that support sustainable farming practices, rural livelihoods, and community development.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful projects and strengthen long-term partnerships.
