Infrastructure Engineer (Terraform & Java)

Job Title : Cloud Infrastructure Engineer | AWS CDK, Terraform & Java

Location : Remote

Duration : 1 Month Contract

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Java , AWS CDK (Java SDK), and Terraform to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for high-performance AI systems.

Responsibilities :

Implement AWS infrastructure as code using CDK or Terraform .

Develop reusable CDK constructs and Terraform modules in Java .

Automate deployment and scaling workflows for AWS resources (EC2, Lambda, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM).

Write and maintain unit tests using Java frameworks (e.g., JUnit , AssertJ ).

Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure code and deployment processes.

Collaborate with teams to align infrastructure with application needs.

Requirements :

Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, VPC, S3, IAM).

Strong Java development skills (modular, maintainable code).

Experience with AWS CDK (Java SDK) or Terraform for provisioning.

Familiar with CI / CD workflows , Git , and code quality tools .

Strong testing skills (JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ).
