Operational Excellence Manager (28 / 10 / 2025)

1. Manage SES action plan, work closely with the site management team to develop a continuous improvement (lean manufacturing) culture and ensure everyone is involved in the SES effort.

2. Drive implementation of Corporate SES initiatives 3. Organise tarining workshops, train and coach the teams on SES tools and methods

4. Liaise with the Corporate SES team and communicate with other SES managers to provide information & share experience

5. Develop and implement the auditing program of the Saft SES criteria

6. Be proactive in looking for external good practices and share them with the Saft SES network

7.Partner with the site management team and ensure development of Site Steering Matrix consisitng of the priorities and strategic projects for the site.

8. Manage and analyse various plant KPIs

9.Support onboarding of new employees by providing trainings during induction

10. Guide and support Saft India employees on a day-to-day basis with respect to e-PMR, PSP and A3 projects

11.Look for external good practices and provide feedback to the Corporate SES leaders.
