Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant to lead our audit and assurance initiatives. This role requires expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare independent auditor's reports that meet U.S. auditing standards.
Conduct audit procedures including risk assessments, internal controls testing, and substantive procedures.
Analyze financial statements prepared under U.S. GAAP or IFRS.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data and resolve audit findings.
Ensure all working papers meet quality control standards.

Requirements :

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license – active or in good standing.

2–4 years of experience in U.S. audit and financial reporting.

Experience in preparing or reviewing audit reports for public and / or private U.S. companies.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
