We are seeking a B2B Social Media Marketing Associate with 2-4 years of experience to manage and grow DeltaX's presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other professional channels. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in B2B marketing (agency or client side), strong content skills, and a passion for building engagement with enterprise audiences. This role is pivotal in building DeltaX's voice in the market, engaging with decision-makers, and driving inbound opportunities.
Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass :
- Develop and execute day-to-day B2B social media content and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content : posts, thought leadership pieces, product updates, client success stories, short-form video content, and more.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely execution.
- Engage with industry conversations, communities, and decision-makers to build DeltaX's voice.
- Track performance metrics, optimize content, and prepare monthly reporting on engagement and lead-generation impact.
- Work with leadership, product, and design teams to translate SaaS offerings into simple, compelling narratives.
- Partner with sales, product marketing, and leadership to amplify content for demand generation and brand awareness .
- Support executive thought leadership (LinkedIn ghostwriting, social strategy for key leaders).
What you'll need to succeed in the role :
Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing (agency or client side).Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create professional, concise, and impactful content.Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B channels.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.What We Offer :
