Role Overview We are looking for experienced Xactly Solution Consultants who are passionate about building high-impact incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics , collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.

• ???? Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.

Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.

Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle : design, build, test, deploy.

Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.

Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.

Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.

✅ What We’re Looking For 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics . Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design . Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery and stakeholder engagement . Proficiency in SQL ; ETL / data transformation knowledge is a bonus. Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills .
