Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and other scripting languages.
- Automate build validation, regression, and functional testing for Linux and Android platforms.
- Develop and execute test scripts using Bash, Python, Perl, and CAPL.
- Work with Linux / Android build systems to support automated test workflows.
- Perform automation framework enhancements and support integration with CI / CD pipelines.
- Validate infotainment features, ensuring compliance with automotive standards.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with development, validation, and systems teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in test automation coverage, performance, and reliability.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience with Build Systems in Linux / Android environments.Proficient in scripting : Bash, Python, Perl, and CAPL.Hands-on experience with Linux, QNX, and Android OS.Solid understanding of Automotive Infotainment Systems and Android testing workflows.Familiarity with CAN, LIN, and Diagnostic Protocols (UDS, OBD-II) a strong plus.Proven ability in automation framework design and Python-based development.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills(ref : hirist.tech)
