We Are Hiring For the role of  Manager   Business   Development .

Location :  Mumbai

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Building strong alliances with schools, colleges, and universities to promote organization's programs and services by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong connections with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Planning and hosting webinars, seminars, and events for educational institutions.
  • Registering candidates on the organization's platform solution.
  • Soliciting feedback from educational institutions to enhance our services and offerings.
  • Establishing solid relationships with employers in assigned territories to seek job opportunities to facilitate student placements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of projects related to institutional connections.
  • Achieving and surpassing sales and revenue goals in the designated territory.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitors to identify partnerships and  business   development  opportunities.
  • Identifying new opportunities to gain an edge over competitors and boost partnerships and revenue growth.

External Skills And Expertise :

  • Institutional sales,  Business   development ,  Negotiation & Persuasion ,  Adaptability & Ownership  Channel expansion &  Networking & Employer Connects .
  • 6-8 years education industry in similar role
  • Having strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and channel partners.
