Digital HCM Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle HCM Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. This position supports and assists the implementation of Global HCM (Human Capital Management) for Emerson. This position helps the Manager in Digital HCM with implementations and other enhancements. In addition, this position will help in resolving production issues, as needed.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Manage the configuration of the application based on Business Unit requirements and Emerson Global standards for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Kronos, Reporting, and other associated modules
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM
• Assist in Oracle HCM implementations and on-boarding activities in the following areas :

Participate in requirements gathering sessions and maintain requirements documents

For This Role, You Will Need :

Completion of four-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

8-11 years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Payroll and related modules.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under stress.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

Oracle HCM Core HR Implementation Certification

Experience and understanding of SAFe Agile methodologies, DevOps

Knowledge of BIP Reports, HCM Extracts is a plus
