PLC Programmer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement PLC programs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) for pharmaceutical packaging and processing machinery.

Design and troubleshoot HMI / SCADA systems.

Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Design teams to integrate control systems.

Commission and test automation systems both in-house and at customer sites (India & abroad).

Provide post-installation support and resolve issues at customer locations.

Maintain documentation of software, wiring diagrams, and control logic.

Adhere to industry standards, CGMP guidelines, and internal quality protocols.

Optimize existing programs for performance, reliability, and compliance.

Required Skills :

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi)

Experience with HMI / SCADA design and troubleshooting

Understanding of electrical and mechanical integration

Ability to work on-site for commissioning and support (including travel)

Experience :

2–5 years in PLC programming and automation systems

Education / Qualification :

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering
