About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Procurement with strong exposure to IT Infrastructure and System Integration industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire procurement cycle — from requisition to delivery — for IT infrastructure and related equipment.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for IT hardware, networking, and software solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery and service compliance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Projects, IT, Finance, etc.) for procurement planning and approvals.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
- Prepare and maintain procurement MIS reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and audit requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduate / Post Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.6–8 years of experience in procurement from IT Infrastructure / System Integrator industry is mandatory.Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Immediate joiner preferred.Why Join Us?
