Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Set up, test, and operate sound systems, lighting setups, and projection screens for theatrical productions, events, and private functions
- Manage mixing consoles, microphones, speakers, lighting control boards, and other AV equipment during rehearsals and live performances
- Conduct thorough sound checks and lighting adjustments before and during events to ensure optimal output
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively on-site
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on audio and lighting equipment
- Ensure all installations comply with health, safety, and industry regulations
- Stay current with emerging AV technologies and industry trends to enhance performance and innovation
- Collaborate with event coordinators, directors, performers, and production teams to align technical execution with creative goals
