Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve a minimum of 2 closed sales per month and maintain consistent performance against revenue targets.
 - Drive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and incentive policies.
 - Ensure ≥90% of target achievement through effective sales planning.
 
2. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct at least 6 new client meetings per week.Achieve a lead-to-closure conversion ratio of 25–30%.Monitor and improve follow-ups and conversions.3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Ensure timely, professional communication with prospects and existing clients.Generate referrals and repeat business through quality service delivery.Maintain client satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.4. Builder & Channel Partner Coordination
