Canonical is looking for a Part-Time Performance Marketing Director, a data-driven leader who can scale digital acquisition across multi-channel ecosystems.
About the Role
You will lead Canonical’s performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels to drive acquisition, conversions, and revenue. This is a strategic hands-on role for someone who combines analytical skills with creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid media strategies on Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, and Retargeting.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, and full-funnel performance.
- Oversee A / B testing, bidding strategies, landing page optimization, and attribution analysis.
- Analyze data and provide performance insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to align acquisition plans.
- Manage budgets, scaling frameworks, and channel mix optimization.
- Identify new growth opportunities on emerging performance platforms.
Ideal Candidate
5–10+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing leadership.Proven success managing large budgets and scaling campaigns.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, tracking, and automation tools.Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel optimization.Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.What We Offer
