About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate product features.
  • Create high-quality UI designs that align with brand guidelines and product goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills :

  • 2+ years of professional experience in UI / UX design.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
  • Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

    • Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past UI / UX design work.
