Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Pune, MH. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals for contract (W2 / C2C) and full-time positions across the United States.

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions — Contract (W2 / C2C) and Fulltime roles.
• Source candidates through various job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed .
• Review and screen resumes to match job requirements and evaluate technical skills.
• Negotiate salary / rate, terms, and employment type (W2, C2C, or Fulltime).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and follow up on feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
• Work closely with the US Sales / Account Management team to understand job requirements.
• Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure timely submissions.
