Placement Coordinator
who can help our learners land their dream jobs by building strong corporate partnerships and ensuring every student finds the right opportunity.
Role Overview : As a
Placement Coordinator
, you’ll be the bridge between our trained candidates and hiring companies. You’ll manage end-to-end placement activities — from approaching recruiters to scheduling interviews and tracking successful offers.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and companies.
Understand company requirements and map the right candidates for each role.
Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring events.
Regularly communicate with students about placement updates and interview tips.
Track placement data and prepare reports on hiring outcomes.
Work closely with the Groviio training and operations team to ensure students are job-ready.
Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and able to multitask effectively.
Passionate about helping students grow in their careers.
