Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team, a global leader in the SaaS Digital Banking and Digital Payments sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on React.js.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking by leading the design and development of intuitive, robust, and user-focused web applications. Your expertise in React and related frameworks will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that directly impact thousands of users in the U.S. banking and credit union sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Architecture & Development :

Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like Next.js.
Translate complex requirements into elegant and scalable frontend solutions.
Ensure top-notch performance, security, and accessibility in all front-end components.

Collaboration & Leadership :

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and backend, to deliver innovative features.

Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high code quality.

Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Innovation & Best Practices :

Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovation within the fintech space.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills : Core Experience :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a deep focus on React.js.

A strong portfolio demonstrating the successful development and optimization of web applications.

Technical Proficiency :

Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks like Next.js.

Proficiency with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

Strong experience working with RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js or Java is a plus.

Soft Skills :
