Job Description :
We are looking for a US HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements such as Sales, Business Development Manager, VP of Sales, and Head of Sales roles in the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions in the US.
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), networking, and referrals.
- Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and US hiring processes.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
