We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Operations for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department, specializing in medical coding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing coding operations, managing teams, and optimizing revenue cycle processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in medical coding and a passion for improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the RCM department, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of medical coders to ensure accurate coding and timely submission of claims.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of coding accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve coding issues and enhance the revenue cycle process.
- Provide training and support to staff on coding updates and best practices.
- Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and government regulations related to medical coding.
- Strong Client interaction and Management Skills
- Knowledge on End-to-End RCM regard to US Healthcare
Skills and Qualifications
9-11 years of experience in medical coding and revenue cycle management.Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and coding guidelines.Experience with coding audits and quality assurance processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications such as CPC, CCS, or CCA are preferred.Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.Interested candidates can share their resume to this mail id - [HIDDEN TEXT]
