What You'll Do

✅ Understand & Improve - Take time to learn our current software system before implementing enhancements

✅ Feature Development - Maintain, improve, and extend features in our Django-based platform

✅ Problem Solving - Debug, optimize, and resolve issues within existing systems

✅ Collaboration - Work closely with senior developers and product managers on new feature design

✅ Third-Party Integration - Connect our platform with CRMs, payment gateways, and external APIs

✅ Code Quality - Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have :

2 + years professional experience with Django, Django REST Framework, and Python

Proven experience with third-party integrations (ZOHO CRM, Razorpay, analytics APIs, etc.)

Strong database skills - PostgreSQL preferred, query optimization experience

Frontend basics - HTML, CSS, JavaScript / JQuery

Version control - Git workflows, pull requests, branching, code reviews

Problem solver - Strong debugging and analytical thinking

Team player - Independent worker who collaborates effectively

Adaptable learner - Patience to understand large existing codebases

Nice to Have :

AWS experience (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3)

Microservices, Celery, Crons, background job processing

Performance optimization and scaling knowledge
