Job Title : Freelance Designer (Lingerie) – Project Basis

Role Overview :

We are looking for a freelance designer to lead the design and product development process for our lingerie line. This role will be project-based, where the designer will set the creative direction, develop ranges, and guide a junior designer in executing detailed deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop seasonal range concepts, moodboards, and design direction aligned to brand positioning.
Create techpacks, CADs, and design specifications for sampling.
Collaborate with sourcing and vendors for prototyping and sample corrections.
Oversee fit sessions, guide improvements, and ensure design integrity.
Mentor and provide direction to the junior designer, ensuring quality and consistency.
Stay updated on global and local lingerie trends, fabrics, trims, and consumer preferences.

Requirements :

Strong portfolio in lingerie / intimate wear design.

Proficiency in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools).

Knowledge of fabrics, trims, lingerie construction, and sizing.

Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in leading range development is preferred.
