Job description7+yrs of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments. Proven success managing multiple complex product initiatives simultaneously. Strong experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or SAFe-lite) RTE background is highly desirable. Expert in JIRA, eazyBI, and related PMO tools. Demonstrated ability to create, track, and report on KPIs and operational metrics. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with ability to handle competing priorities. Familiarity with AI tools and practices in project management is highly desirable. PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification preferred. Opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-priority projects. Chance to develop and implement scalable processes and solutions. Senior Project Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead program and project management across multiple product lines. This role will be responsible for driving planning, execution, and reporting across various initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaled agile environments (SAFe or SAFe-lite) and experience working with Release Train Engineers (RTEs).
- Key Responsibilities :
- Lead yearly, quarterly, and sprint planning sessions across multiple product lines.
- Monitor product initiatives across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive roadmapping, execution planning, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Coordinate release cycles and milestone deliveries to ensure readiness and quality.
