Job Title : Kinaxis Solution Architect

Location : Onsite / Hybrid (Specify : e.G., Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune)

Experience Required : 12–18+ years

Primary Skill : Kinaxis Rapid Response

Domain : Supply Chain Planning & Transformation

Role Summary

The Kinaxis Solution Architect will lead the design and deployment of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions for global supply chain transformation programs. This role will be responsible for defining solution architecture, driving end-to-end implementations, advising stakeholders on best practices, and ensuring business value through scalable and integrated planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Rapid Response solution architecture and design.
  • Conduct business requirement analysis and translate into functional & technical designs.
  • Build, configure, and optimize supply chain planning models in Kinaxis modules including :
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Capacity Planning
  • S&OP / IBP
  • Inventory Management
  • Define integration architecture between ERP (SAP / Oracle), MES, and other supply chain systems.
  • Guide cross-functional teams across planning, design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Drive solution governance, standards, and best-practice methodologies.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and solution demos for business & IT stakeholders.
  • Lead performance optimization, troubleshooting, enhancement, and change control.
  • Support pre-sales, solution proposals, effort estimation, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of total experience in supply chain technology.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience including architecture & configuration.
  • Strong functional knowledge in supply chain planning processes—S&OP, demand, supply, inventory.
  • Expertise in RapidResponse modules (Analytics, Workbooks, Dashboards, Integration, Data Models).
  • Experience integrating Kinaxis with ERP platforms (preferably SAP APO / ECC / S / 4HANA or Oracle).
  • Ability to lead large-scale global Kinaxis deployments in multi-region programs.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • Kinaxis certifications (Solution Architect / Author / Contributor / Integration Developer).
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Pharma, Consumer Goods, or Automotive domain expertise.

  • Strong consulting, presentation, and client-management skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of other planning tools : SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP.
  • Experience with Cloud & Data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Scripting / data skills (SQL, Python, ETL).
