Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to Leading Software Company. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that our employees are supported and motivated to achieve their professional goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage Talent Acquisition Process in IT / Software
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions
- Develop and administer employee training and development programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field5-10 years of experience in HR management in IT / Software IndustryIn-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and regulations in IndiaStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsExperience in recruitment, employee development, and performance managementProficient in MS Office and HRIS softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamSkills Required
