Job Title : Capital Projects Solution Lead

Position : Manager

Role Overview : The Capital Projects Solution Lead will play a pivotal role in organizing and driving capital project initiatives across governance, strategy, and execution. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital projects, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing key interfaces between various functions. The person will support strategic initiatives related to governance, risk management, contracting strategy, and digital innovation, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as innovation lead to organize and drive capital projects initiatives across governance, strategy, and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage key interfaces between capital projects, strategy, and execution functions.
• Support strategic initiatives related to capital project governance, risk management, contracting strategy, and digital innovation.
• Develop and track key priorities for capital project planning, execution enablement, and transformation activities.
• Provide executive-level support for leadership alignment, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Drive initiative execution by proactively identifying gaps, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
