Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who brings strategic thinking, hands-on execution skills, and strong leadership capabilities. This role requires someone who can own social media accounts end-to-end—right from strategy and planning to execution, review, client coordination, and team management.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Create monthly / quarterly content calendars backed by insights and trends
- Plan campaigns for brand building, engagement, and performance-driven goals
Platform Management
Manage and grow brand presence across Meta platforms, with strong experience in account managementEnsure content relevance, consistency, and premium brand tone across all channelsExecution & Quality Control
Review creatives, captions, reels, carousels, and campaigns with a strong eye for detailEnsure brand guidelines, tone, and messaging are followed consistentlyMonitor performance and suggest optimisations based on dataClient Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clientsPresent strategies, monthly plans, and performance reports clearly and confidentlyHandle feedback professionally and translate it into actionable tasks for the teamTeam Management
Manage and mentor social media executives, designers, and content teamsAssign tasks, track timelines, and ensure timely delivery of workMaintain workflow discipline and quality standardsPitch Decks & Presentations
Create and contribute to social media pitch decks and strategy presentationsSupport new business pitches with strong content and platform understandingTools & Processes
Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling toolsCoordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencyRequired Skills & Experience
Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in an agency or brand environmentStrong hands-on knowledge of social media platforms and toolsExperience managing pages and campaignsExcellent communication and client-handling skillsStrong eye for detail and content qualityExperience in team management and cross-functional coordinationAbility to think strategically and execute practicallyGood to Have
