Senior Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our analytics team.

The ideal candidate will drive the development of AI-driven solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques to extract insights, improve decision-making, and solve complex business problems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and AI solutions.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to prepare datasets for modeling.
• Build, train, and optimize predictive models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Deploy AI / ML models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and reproducible data for modeling.
• Collaborate with software engineers and DevOps teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
• Perform statistical analysis and experimentation to evaluate model performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, ML, and data science.
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices for model development and deployment.
• Communicate complex AI / ML concepts and results effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
