Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM B2B Sales professional for the textile industry in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify and pursue new business opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the textile industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through research and networking.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
