We're hiring a Co-Founder / Chief Sales Officer for our client which is B2B SaaS startup (founded in 2023) focused on multi-channel messaging, Conversational AI, and CRM-led analytics powering conversational commerce.
As the Co-Founder / Chief Sales Officer, your responsibilities would be :
Lead the end-to-end B2B sales strategy-from market mapping to revenue execution.
Build and manage the sales team, funnels, and playbooks for scalable growth.
Design and drive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to shape the roadmap based on customer insights.
Represent the brand externally-in investor, customer, and ecosystem conversations.
Drive strategic decisions as part of the founding leadership team.
Requirements
5+ years of strong experience in B2B / SaaS sales, Go-to-Market (GTM), or business development.
Proven track record of building revenue from zero to scale ideally in startup or high-growth settings.
Hands-on exposure to enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and partnerships.
Leadership mindset with ability to build and lead teams from scratch.
Strategic thinker with high ownership, execution bias, and hunger to build.
Alumni from IIMs or top-tier institutes preferred, though not mandatory.
