Job descriptionConfigure and manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules , and security settings. Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Email Alerts, Approval Processes , and other declarative tools. Maintain and customize Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types , and App Builder pages. Perform regular system audits and maintain data cleanliness and security. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users. 4–9 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator . Strong proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL / SOSL , and asynchronous processing. Proven experience in API development and integrating Salesforce with third-party systems. Good understanding of Salesforce security model and declarative tools. Experience with REST API, SOAP API, Web Services , and authentication frameworks. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Salesforce Developer (PD1 / PD2) or Administrator (ADM 201) certifications are a plus. Experience with Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Workato, etc.). Familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies . Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience : 3+ Years
Shift Time : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM
Working Days : Monday to Friday
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer cum Administrator with strong experience in Apex development , API creation , and third-party integrations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support business processes, improve system performance, and enable seamless data integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Jobs , and Test Classes (80%+ coverage).
- Build and optimize REST / SOAP APIs for internal and external system integrations.
- Develop custom integrations with third-party applications using Named Credentials, OAuth, JWT, External Services, and API frameworks.
- Create and enhance Lightning components (LWC / Aura) when required.
- Implement integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Fire-and-Forget, Platform Events , and Middleware-based integrations .
