What You’ll Do

End-to-End Automation : Design, implement, and maintain robust automation pipelines—from browser tests with Selenium or Python to desktop workflows using robotic process automation.

LLM-Powered Agents : Prototype and integrate AI agents that drive decision-making, data extraction, and process orchestration across web and legacy desktop applications.

Framework & Tooling : Build and evolve internal automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and CI-integrated test suites to accelerate developer productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with backend, frontend, and AI teams to embed automation hooks, validate feature flows, and ensure end-to-end reliability.

Quality & Resilience : Develop comprehensive test strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and observability dashboards to proactively detect and remediate failures.

Mentorship & Best Practices : Champion automation standards—run workshops, write documentation, and coach other engineers on test-driven development and behavior-driven automation.

Ideal Profile

Proven Expertise : 5+ years in automation engineering with deep hands-on experience in Python and modern browser automation frameworks (Selenium, PythonRPA).

Desktop & RPA Savvy : Solid background with desktop-automation solutions (UiPath, PythonRPA) and scripting legacy applications.

AI / LLM Integration : Familiarity with building LLM-based workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or custom agent loops to automate cognitive tasks.

DevOps Alignment : Comfortable embedding automation into CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and leveraging containerized test environments.

Analytical Mindset : Strong debugging skills, with an eye for edge cases and race conditions in distributed, asynchronous systems.

Leadership & Communication : Able to evangelize automation best practices, present complex ideas clearly, and drive cross-team alignment.
