Regional Business Head Job Description
The Regional Business Head will be responsible for driving the profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting and Developer Finance business within a designated geographical zone.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Establish regional strategies and lead regional teams for LRD and Developer Finance product lines, setting the strategic direction and objectives aligned with overall business goals.
- Drive growth by developing a strong builder-focused business portfolio.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the builder and developer segments to expand the client base and market the LRD product segment.
- Conduct micro-market assessments to understand business potential and risks associated with target geographies, key builders to target, their project delivery track, reputation in the market, etc.
- Build long-term relationships with leading builders and construction companies, fostering trust and securing ongoing business.
- Implement best practices for the commercial LRD vertical to enhance the efficiency of processes, from loan application to disbursement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and adjust the performance of the LRD portfolio.
- Monitor and report the performance of the region against established targets and KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal risk controls for the operations under their purview.
- Manage regional credit risk and ensure quality of loan disbursements, portfolio management, developer project monitoring, and compliance with lending norms.
